The replacement for Kevin Martin [wrote on the Obama website in 2007](http://my.barackobama.com/page/community/blog/juliusgenachowski) that Obama's plan can be summarized as:
Open Government. Open Networks. Open Markets.
This will be a big change from Kevin Martin.

Was [well compensated ](http://swz.salary.com/execcomp/layouthtmls/excl_execreport_103197.html)at InterActive Corp., but not exorbitantly.
